Dennis Hilken; Senior Pastor

Known for his dynamic and engaging preaching style, Pastor D, as he is affectionately known, is the senior pastor of St. John's. He has a huge heart for people and will welcome anyone with a handshake and a hug. Before going to seminary, Pastor D enjoyed a successful career in architecture, when he felt God calling him into the ministry. He and his wife Judy have three boys. |

Stephen Dinger; Superintendent of Schools

Stephen Dinger, as Superintendent of Schools, oversees both the Children Center and the K-8 School. In this position, he utilizes the wide range of career experiences he has obtained. Some of his past endeavors include the executive directorship of the Washington Federation of Independent Schools, City Administrator for the city of DuPont, and his own consulting practice. Stephen and his wife Nancy enjoy reading mysteries and are parents of a son and a daughter. |

Paul Tepker; Director, Worship & Fine Arts, Family Life Ministry

Paul Tepker, as Director of Worship & Fine Arts, leads worship services in traditional and blended styles and works with various music groups including choir and orchestra. He is also the head of the Family Life Ministry Team, providing guidance and leadership for the ministries encompassing birth to senior adults. His education includes a Master's in Organ Performance from Arizona State University. Paul and his wife Carol are the parents of two girls. |

He also brings a passion for Worship Arts to support Christ's life-giving Gospel message in our worship settings. He and his wife Elizabeth have three children. |

Christy's love for children shines forth through her welcoming smile every Sunday as she greets the kids coming to Sunday School. As the leader of the Children's Ministry Team, her passion for kids extends to helping volunteers find a connection in Children's Ministry. Christy and her husband, Dan, have a daughter and a son. |

Paige Burzlaff; Student & Children's Ministry

Paige brings her love for children, youth, music, and drama to the Children's and Student Ministry Teams. She has a special place in her heart for ministering to young girls especially. She loves to meet new people, read, cook, travel, and spend time with her husband, Patrick. |

If it has anything at all to do with finances or personnel, Jill is the person to see. She keeps the books balanced, accounts for the incoming funds, sees that the bills are paid, and handles employee-related issues. Jill has two wonderful children, and God has blessed her with two beautiful granddaughters and one grandson. |
