Life Groups

Have you ever wondered how to meet people or get connected at church? Joining a LIFE Group is a great way to do both. LIFE Groups are small groups that meet weekly or bi-weekly and have Bible study together. It's a great way to share life with people, get connected, and be supported.

LIFE Group Leaders Meeting

Please join us July 19, 7:00 p.m. in the Large Conference Room to discuss the LIFE Groups, share ideas on how to continue your group’s growth as well as discuss when it is time to end a LIFE Group. We will have small group resources, some ideas for good studies to consider for your group and a challenge to prevent your group from losing focus. This discussion will be perfect if you have been wanting to start a new LIFE Group. For more information, please call Michael Bell at 619-7250.

I love my LIFE Group. We have become very close and spend time helping one another, loving each other and being there for each other. Not only have we encouraged each other in our faith, our interests and our knowledge of our Savior, but serving together has been an ongoing passion. For two years we have gone Christmas caroling to people who recently had a death in their family or who were struggling. Fixing up someone's home, with the help of our gracious congregation, was also a blessing. God continues to bring wonderful people into our group and we often invite new people as well. I have a new love in my life. No, I’m married, it’s not a man nor a new puppy. I found love in the most uncommon place, I found it in my LIFE Group. We have been in this group for almost two years and my life has never been richer. They have become an extended part of our family, they are our brothers and sisters in Christ. These precious people know our story; our troubles, our triumphs and our trials. They know when to listen and know when to intervene. They have sent loving emails in our time of need and given big hugs to congratulate us when we are celebrating. There is no greater feeling than true friends in Christ. I have never trusted people like I trust them. We are not only friends now, but we are friends for eternity.
